Olivia Chapman Chosen to Deliver Her TED-Ed Talk in New York

    Olivia Chapman, an eighth grader at William Matthew Middle School, has been chosen out of thousands of TED-Ed club members from around the world to be one of the 15-20  featured speakers at the first TED-Ed Weekend in December 2016.  She was invited to New York City and will be traveling there in December 2016 with her teacher to deliver her talk, "Equality. Kirksville Named a 2016 Best Cities for K-12 Teachers to Live and Work

A new report has named Kirksville the best city for public school teachers to live and work in the state of Missouri, and ranks the city as the 54th best in the nation.  Kirksville is the only Missouri city in the top 100 listed in the report.
